Adam's Day
I got an email last week from Adam and this was in it.
I thought we all should be able to see a snapshot of Adam's day, so I post it now:
Snapshots from my day ----
Bike riding to work, downhill, fun
Eating instant Grits at work. DELICIOUS.
Eating lunch with Adam C, Chris Lee and Matt Blaney, all stand up guys.
Working fast and hard at my desk is pretty fun, but when I get lazy I simply do not want to move and click the mouse
Riding home after work, uphill, drudge, just want to be home
There you go! Oh and also one guy in the office has been bringing in RockStar energy drinks for everyone for the last couple days and everyone is wired and spazzy. It's funny. A diversion.

Up at 7.
Devotions with SOWERS at 7:30 (A neat young woman shared her story with us old guys.)
8 am ish go to work in the Marketing Division of Navigator's Glen Eyrie. (I have a telephone job so it fits me to a tee!)
Break from 10-10:30 :)
Worked from 10:30 - 11:30
Made dinner. We have our main meal at noon.
Cleaned house, and did a load of wash.
Called and made an appointment with a Chirorpractic, internist and nutritonist. I want to see if I can get to the bottom of my intestinal/diverticulitis problems. I'm blowing my whole first S.S. check on this gamble!
But, I gotta do it! No fun........
Um, now I need to fix summer and then crash.
Who wants to be next?
