New Recipe
Should you healthy eaters want a new Oriental Recipe, this was good. Bon Apatite!
Marinated Tofu –
2 Tbsp. Oil
1 lb. Firm Tofu, cubed
2 cloves of Garlic, chopped
pepper
1 tsp. Dill Weed
Pinch of Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp. Dark Sesame Oil (Or more, to taste.)
2 tsp. Kikuman Soy Sauce (Or more, to taste.)
1. Fry Tofu in hot oil. Stir frequently.
2. Add garlic, pepper, dill and cayenne.
3. Add Sesame Oil and Soy Sauce. Stir in and turn off heat.
Which reminds me of Kikuko's Easy Tofu Salad:
Place soft tofu on plate.
Top with Sliced Green Onion
Drizzle Soy Sauce over Green Onion
