Good news

By Mr. Robinson -
I had my real estate contract ratified (agreed to and put into effect) yesterday. As long as the home inspection goes well on Friday, it should be smooth sailing to settlement (and payday!)

Christian Coalition founder Pat Robertson today endorsed Republican presidential hopeful Rudy Giuliani. The Giuliani campaign is counting on the endorsement to help the former New York mayor make inroads among evangelical Christians.

I thought NOBODY liked Pat Robertson after he said Hugo Chavez should be assassinated. Doesn't seem like a very good endorsement.

Oh, and congrats Aaron! I hope the inspection goes well. Did you calculate your cut?

Did you know: That water boils at 198 degrees up here? Thus, food takes longer to cook cuz the water isn't hot enuf. Breads rise very quickly, but they aren't truly 'proofed' so must rise a 3rd time... Cakes rise so fast in the oven, (because of lack of air pressure above them,)that they will pour over the top of the tin before they can bake enuf to support themselves! Liquid evaporates so fast that two extra tablespoons must be added per cup to produce a product that is not dried out. Hmmmmmmmm... My culinary reputation is at stake!
