Happy happy anniversary Al and Anitarae!!!!:0) How wonderful and amazing- 40 years!!!!! Could you ever have imagined you would be spending it the way you are? It just says so much about who you are. I'm so happy to have both of you as part of my family. To have you as part of my family, and so happily together is a double blessing.I just wanted to let you know that it means much to me to see you guys side by side doing such incredible things. You, individualy and unifed, are inspiring. So cheers, and feel all the happiness, and love that we send to you from Ithaca!!

Did you know: That water boils at 198 degrees up here? Thus, food takes longer to cook cuz the water isn't hot enuf. Breads rise very quickly, but they aren't truly 'proofed' so must rise a 3rd time... Cakes rise so fast in the oven, (because of lack of air pressure above them,)that they will pour over the top of the tin before they can bake enuf to support themselves! Liquid evaporates so fast that two extra tablespoons must be added per cup to produce a product that is not dried out. Hmmmmmmmm... My culinary reputation is at stake!
